The current processing time for orders is up to 5 weeks. International orders are up to 9 weeks.

- Typical response time to messages is within FIVE business days.
- Business days are Monday - Friday 9 am - 5pm eastern time.
I might post online before or after that window, but I try to keep correspondence within business hours. That way, I'm not on call 24/7 and can maintain a more normal life.

SHIPPING

All orders other than stickers will receive tracking, which is sent to the email provided at checkout. Tracking will not be sent out until your order is packed as per the current processing time. If you wish for sticker tracking, there is now an option for $3 more.

All orders are packed by me and sent using USPS or UPS for heavy and over-sized items
- Please double-check that your address is correct and if incorrect email me within 24 hours after ordering. I am more than happy to correct your shipping address if a label has not yet been purchased. Otherwise, I will ask you to pay for the replacement.
I am not liable for orders sent to the wrong address if it matches the address provided at checkout.

I use recycled packaging whenever possible to save money and the planet! Sometimes this means the boxes are not the most beautiful, but it's the inside that counts ;)
- Standard Delivery: Orders generally take 2-3 weeks to PROCESS depending on demand and access to supplies. Please bear in mind that I am a one-person business operating in unprecedented times. Many of the products I use to fulfill orders are subject to current supply chain delays. Thus, some orders will take longer to ship.
- Once shipped, I no longer have control over the package and am not liable for ANY shipping issues which occur
- Starting January 1st, 2023: Replacements for packages lost by the post office will only be available for print and sticker orders valued up to $40. No replacements will be available for orders containing purses, originals, apparel, or anything else that does not qualify as a "Print" or "Sticker."
- As per the above-stated refund policy, shipping times and orders lost in the mail are not grounds for refunds. If you change addresses while waiting for an order to ship - or are planning to change addresses - please contact me so I can buy the correct shipping label. I am not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address if it matches the one provided at checkout.
PRE-LOVED ITEMS (AKA upcycled/secondhand/thrifted)
One of the pillars of Rosie Moon Creations is sustainability. Using pre-loved items, such as thrifted purses, is a way I give new life to objects that would otherwise contribute to landfill waste. All pre-loved items will be marked as such on their product page. All brand new items will also be labeled.
By purchasing a pre-loved painted purse, you're taking part in the sustainability effort of Rosie Moon to prevent more waste from accumulating on our beautiful Earth. You are also acknowledging that minor flaws are inevitable and to be expected. If you take issue with this, please do not purchase any item labeled as upcycled/pre-loved/thrifted. Refunds, partial or whole, will not be available due to imperfections.
LEGAL
All art on this website and all art posted on any of my social media platforms are the intellectual property of me, Rosie Moon Creations. Purchasing a print or original does not give you any commercial or reproduction rights. If you would like a tattoo, please purchase a tattoo token and read the policies on that listing.
If I discover any form of copyright infringement, I will send a polite request to stop, followed by a cease and desist if necessary.
