Some people find the concept of nature reclaiming our bodies after death morbid. Maybe I’m just weird, but I think it’s eerily beautiful and even hopeful. Every other animal goes back to the earth in peace after death, as food for scavengers or fertilizer for new growth. To me, it’s one of the many beautiful examples of how connected this whole universe is.
